In the eighth podcast, we welcome our guest from the Center for the Practice of Collaborative Leadership, Carolyn Cumpsty-Fowler, Ph.D., M.P.H.. First, we discuss choosing a leader, ensuring for diversity within the group, and leading others to lead. Next, we review the importance of creating safe spaces for discovery, which is part of brainstorming. We outline specific ways to create safety within group work. Finally, we share how staff can begin to think about working collaboratively within teams.
